Operational:

• Lead finance transformation initiatives across Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial controls.
• Implement and configure Adra Suite by Trintech (Balancer, Transaction Matching, and Task Manager) to automate account reconciliations and streamline financial close processes.
• Manage ERP configurations and process improvements across Dynamics 365 environments to enhance operational efficiency and compliance..

Functional:

• Conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to document business needs and translate them into functional solution designs
• Configure Adra workflows, reconciliation templates, matching rules, approval hierarchies, and close-management tasks to meet finance and control requirements.
• Develop and maintain key project artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, test scripts, and user training documentation.

Strategic:

• Advise clients on finance transformation, financial close optimization, and reconciliation best practices to improve governance and reporting accuracy.
•  Support pre-sales, solutioning, and business development efforts by demonstrating ERP and Adra capabilities aligned to client priorities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and industry best practices to reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and accelerate month-end close.

Client Interactions:

• Act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders, guiding them through ERP and Adra implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate solution demonstrations, design workshops, and user adoption sessions to drive stakeholder engagement and project success.
• Provide ongoing functional support and recommendations to maximize value realization from ERP and financial close automation solutions.

• Educational qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification Required: B. Tech/MBA from a recognized Tier-1 institute.
  •   Professional Certifications Required: CPA / CA / ICWA / CMA / CIMA / ACCA or similar.

   

  Work experience

  ·        Total Number of Years of Work Experience: 4 - 6 years.

  ·        Relevant Number of Years of Work Experience Required: 4 – 6 years.

  ·        Special Call Outs on the Nature of Work Experience: Experience in client-facing roles with demonstrated skills in business process improvement and technology implementation. (Preferably from Big 4 or other consulting firms)

   

   

  Mandatory  technical & functional skills

  ·        Strong understanding of finance processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Close, Account Reconciliations, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

  ·        Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365, supported by strong accounting and finance process knowledge.

  ·        Experience implementing or supporting Adra by Trintech (Balancer, Transaction Matching, and Task Manager), including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user support.

   

  Preferred technical & functional skills

  ·        Practical experience working with agile methodologies.

  ·        Experience of working as a team member in finance transformation projects across the phases from assessment, design through to implementation and benefits realization.

  ·        Previous collaboration with clients from the finance services industry, specifically in Insurance, Banking, or Capital Markets.
