Product Manager Responsibilities

As a Product Manager with 2-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritization. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations. Your duties include conducting market research, analyzing competitor landscapes, gathering customer feedback, managing product lifecycle from conception to launch, tracking key performance indicators, and making data-driven decisions to enhance product value and user experience.

Additionally, you will create detailed product specifications, manage stakeholder expectations, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will be accountable for product performance metrics, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction scores while maintaining alignment with company objectives and long-term vision.

Product Manager Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.

Experience: 2 to 6 years of proven product management experience in software, SaaS, or technology companies.

Core Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in product management tools like Jira, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, and expertise in data analysis and user research methodologies.

Additional Competencies: Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, understanding of Agile development methodologies, knowledge of market dynamics and user behavior, strategic thinking capabilities, and experience with product launch execution and go-to-market strategies.
