Roles & Responsibility

Designation SVP - Partner Supply

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Creation & Management

Lead end-to-end farm labour network creation :scouting, sourcing, onboarding, activation,

Retention

Build and maintain a strong, reliable, and scalable labour supply pool with adequate buffer to

meet seasonal and peak demand.

Develop village-level sourcing strategies through local networks, mukaddams, SHGs, and

community influencers.

2. Compliance & Labour Law Adherence

Ensure all labour engagement strictly follows applicable labour laws, wage mandates, and

compliance requirements.

Guarantee that all onboarded workers earn at least minimum wage or better, as mandated by

law.

Work closely with legal, HR, and ops teams to design compliant onboarding, documentation, and

payment processes.

3. Earnings, Welfare & Retention

Monitor daily/per-day earnings of farm labour and ensure fair, transparent payouts.

Design initiatives to improve labour satisfaction, retention, and long-term association with Bharat

Intelligence.

Address on-ground grievances, disputes, or issues proactively and empathetically.

4. Demand Fulfilment & Pricing

Ensure timely fulfilment of farmer demand with the right number and quality of labour at

optimum pricing.

Balance supply availability, farmer affordability, and worker earnings to maintain a sustainable

ecosystem.

Anticipate seasonal demand fluctuations and plan supply readiness accordingly.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate closely with Demand, Operations, and Technology teams for smooth execution and

continuous improvement.

Provide ground-level insights to the tech team for better product features, tracking, and process

automation.

Work with ops teams to improve deployment efficiency, attendance, productivity, and quality of

service.

6. Data, Process & Scale

Track supply metrics such as onboarding rate, active workforce, buffer availability, fulfilment rate,

and attrition.

Build repeatable processes and SOPs for sourcing, onboarding, and supply management.

Prepare the supply function to scale on national level
