Roles & Responsibility

Job Summary

The HR Analyst will support the HR function by collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to enable data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on HR metrics, dashboards, workforce analytics, and process improvement across HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to hiring, attrition, performance, compensation, and engagement
  • Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Track key HR metrics such as TAT, attrition, headcount, absenteeism, and cost per hire
  • Ensure data accuracy in HRMS/ATS and maintain data integrity
  • Assist in automation and improvement of HR reporting processes


Requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
