Lead and enable the non-therapy care managers across centers● Improve conversions for vaccinations, follow-ups, and packages● Build strong recall and upsell systems based on trust and clarity● Set and drive monthly revenue targets across clinics● Identify, curate, and scale our in-clinic retail product mix● Set up and optimize retail storefronts and merchandising standards● Design processes that ensure consistency and measurable improvement● Spend time in clinics to understand parent behaviour and refine on-ground execution

Has 5–9 years of experience in healthcare chains or consumer/retail/servicebusinesses● Has led front-line teams and delivered on revenue or P&L outcomes● Is comfortable with numbers, funnels, and data-driven decision making● Enjoys building systems, coaching teams, and creating high-performing routines● Is energized by being in centers, observing parents, and improving conversion levers● Has an eye for retail assortment, display, and in-store behaviour
