Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage a team of 5–10 Area Business Managers or 3–4 Territory Managers.• Drive core B2B selling strategies and achieve sales targets consistently.• Understand complex technical challenges and possess industry-specific experience.• Leverage strong regional connects and market insights to drive business growth.• Take full ownership of the assigned territory and grow business to the next level.• Motivate, guide, and energize the sales team to take proactive decisions.• Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals; monitor and report progress.• Prepare accurate sales reports and ensure timely submission.• Analyze competitive landscape and introduce improvements to stay ahead.• Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to maximize value.• Build and maintain a referral network with IT and Purchase teams of clients.• Implement sales training and orientation programs for new hires.• Maintain strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.• Resolve escalated customer issues and manage client expectations efficiently.• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to drive customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (MBApreferred).• Minimum 5 years of core B2B selling experience.• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team of sales professionals.• Proven track record of achieving targets in IT services sales.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Strong negotiation and closing skills.• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and relevant regional language.• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
