List the Duties and Responsibilities
Provide executive-level support to the leadershipteam, including calendar management, travelarrangements, and meeting coordination. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuringagendas, logistics, and follow-ups are effectivelymanaged. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information andhandle matters with discretion. Manage office administration — vendor coordination,procurement, facility management, and generalupkeep. Support HR and finance teams with administrativedocumentation, reimbursements, and record keeping. Assist in organizing company events, offsites, andmeetings. Ensure seamless communication and coordinationbetween leadership and internal teams.
3–6 years of relevant experience as an Office administration.
