We are looking for a AM/ Associate Manager – Data Analytics who is passionate about turning datainto actionable insights. The role involves working with large datasets, developing interactivedashboards and supporting business stakeholders with reporting solutions. The candidate shouldbring expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, SQL with strong problem-solving skills tosupport data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards, OLAP using Power BI and Excel. Extract, clean, and Analyse data from multiple sources (SQL queries, ETL processes) toprovide accurate and timely insights. Partner with business and compliance teams to track KPIs, monitor trends and identifyanomalies. Automate recurring dashboards and streamline data workflows to reduce manual effort. Perform RCA on data discrepancies and quality issues, recommending corrective actions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:o 2+ years in data analytics, reporting or BI roles (preferably in e-commerce, tech, oroperations domains).o Proven experience in Power BI, Amazon QuickSight. Technical Skills:o Data visualization, dashboard creation, SQL, Python (basics), Microsoft Excel. Soft Skills:o Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.o communication and presentation skills.o Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
