Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate laws, stock exchange regulations, and statutory requirements.
Board & Committee Support: Assist in organizing board and committee meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes.
Filings & Documentation: Manage corporate filings, maintain statutory registers, and ensure timely submission of regulatory reports.
Governance Advisory: Advise on corporate governance best practices and compliance matters.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, legal teams, and investors as required.
Policy & Procedure Oversight: Assist in developing and implementing corporate policies, charters, and frameworks.
Secretarial Support: Support the Company Secretary in executing secretarial duties and ensuring smooth corporate operations.
Requirements:
Education: Qualified Company Secretary. Bachelor’s degree in law, preferred.
Experience: 4-5 years in corporate secretarial or compliance roles.
Skills: Strong knowledge of corporate laws, excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
