Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management (RLFRs)
End-to-end business ownership of key RLFR partners (Poojara, Bhatia, Kore, Umiya, Hevmor).
Building long-term, sustainable relationships with largeformat retailers.
Developing and implementing strategies to overcome market challenges.
Identifying gaps in the market and designing effective, sustainable fixes.
Driving business volumes through RLFR partners.
Sales Targets & Market Expansion
Achieving value and volume sales targets across product mix.
Ensuring product availability and visibility in the market.
Driving superior product display and visibility initiatives.
Exploring alternate channels for driving incremental business.
Team Leadership & Strategy
Managing, coaching, and motivating front-line sales forces.
Leading strategy development for territory expansion and performance improvement.
Ensuring high-quality execution with speed and precision.
8 to 12 years of relevant experience in channel sales, distribution, retail management, and key account handling.
Proven ability to manage large-format retailer relationships and deliver results.
Hands-on experience in team management and strategic business planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and implement fixes.
Prior experience in the handset industry or financial services managing key partners.
