Assistant Manager – Legal | Mumbai

Reporting to: Deputy General Manager – Legal

What you’ll do:
🔹 Draft, negotiate & finalize Property Agreements (restaurants), service level agreements, procurement contracts & more.
🔹 Manage legal documentation – LOIs, MOUs, indemnity bonds, notices & replies.
🔹 Ensure compliance with licenses, FSSAI, industry laws & ethical practices.
🔹 Handle litigations, provide guidance on brand protection & IP matters.
🔹 Partner with Business Development to support negotiations & deal closures.
🔹 Build robust legal processes, policies & training for risk-free operations.

What we’re looking for:
✅ LLB/LLM from a recognized university (Postgraduate in Law preferred).
✅ 5+ years’ experience, ideally in QSR, Retail, or FMCG.
✅ Strong drafting, negotiation & communication skills.
✅ Ability to juggle multiple priorities with sound judgment & business sense.
✅ A self-starter who thrives on problem solving & collaboration.
✅ Willingness to travel when required to close Property Agreements.
