We’re asmall, dynamic team with big ambitions, and we are looking for a driven AdministrationManager to help bring our vision to life.Role OverviewAs our Administration Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our business —ensuring smooth functioning across offices and sites, coordinating with multiple stakeholders,and enabling our project teams to work at their creative best. This is a hands-on role whereyou’ll be as comfortable negotiating with a vendor as you are overseeing material deliveriesto a scenic hilltop property.Key Responsibilities Vendor Management: Build, maintain, and negotiate with trusted vendors andcontractors to ensure timely, quality service at optimal costs. Material Coordination: Track and coordinate the delivery of construction materials,furnishings, and finishes to ensure projects run seamlessly. Sourcing & Procurement: Identify premium-quality suppliers for everything frombespoke furniture to architectural fittings — always keeping in mind our luxury brandstandards. Office Coordination: Manage day-to-day office operations, from documentation andrecord-keeping to liaising with internal teams and external partners. Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking expenses against budgets, flagging anydeviations, and suggesting cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality. Process Improvements: Suggest and implement systems that streamline projectadministration and vendor communication.Who We’re Looking For Experience: 5+ years in administration, procurement, or operations — ideally in realestate, construction, or luxury interiors. Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a flair formultitasking. Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, boutique setup. Flexibility: Willingness to travel to project sites (in and out of state). Tech Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and projectmanagement tools.Why Join Us? Work on one-of-a-kind luxury properties that push the boundaries of design andcraftsmanship. Be part of a close-knit, entrepreneurial team where your ideas and contributions arevalued. Enjoy autonomy and ownership in your role, with direct impact on the company’ssuccess. Competitive salary + travel allowances + performance-linked incentives.
