Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a reliable partner ecosystem for mobile repairs.
Monitor network performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Onboard, operationalize, and nurture high-performing partners.
Enhance regional repair capabilities to meet turnaround time (TAT) goals.
What We’re Looking For:
8–10 years in mobile service operations, with at least 5–6 years in building repair partner networks.
Experience in repair network design and optimization.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, AWS.
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations preferred).
