· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR
certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
· Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience
in HR operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
· Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of HR processes, operations, and best practices.
o Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software
o Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance, and employee relations.
o Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
o Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with teams.
Working Conditions:
· Full-time position, based in Noida.
· Working Hours- 9.30am to 6.30pm- all 5.5 days in office
