Roles & Responsibility

 

Key Responsibilities

1.       Business Development & Sales Strategy:

o    Identify and onboard new B2B clients, distributors, and resellers for Lapcare products (barcode scanners, IT accessories, electronics, etc.).

o    Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets.

o    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and institutional clients.

2.      Channel Sales & Distribution Management:

o    Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network to enhance product penetration.

o    Train and motivate channel partners to drive sales performance.

o    Ensure smooth supply chain coordination with internal teams.

3.      Client Acquisition & Account Management:

o    Prospect, negotiate, and close deals with B2B clients (corporate, government, educational institutions, etc.).

o    Provide customized solutions based on client requirements.

o    Ensure high customer satisfaction through post-sales support and follow-ups.

4.      Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

o    Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

o    Provide feedback to the product team for improvements and new product development.

5.      Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

o    Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and present performance metrics to senior management.

o    Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

·         Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

·         Experience: 8+ years in B2B sales, business development, or channel sales, preferably in IT peripherals, electronics, or barcode solutions.

·         Skills Required:

o    Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

o    Proven track record in meeting sales targets.

o    Knowledge of distribution networks and dealer management.

o    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
