Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled Brand Marketing Manager to develop,coordinate, and execute content & design strategies for our brand's products on globalmarketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Noon, etc. The candidate will also be responsiblefor developing PR plans, affiliate networks, and coordinating with teams and agencies toensure content & design is created in accordance with brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the internal design & content teams and external agencies to developand streamline content & design for listings on various global marketplaces. Plan, develop and execute PR plans for the brand and develop an affiliate network toincrease traffic and sales on our website and marketplaces. At the time of new product launch, intervene with the product team to create full newcontent and design artworks for selling. Analyse target audience at the time of content / design development & planning Analyse competitor listings to see possible angles for future development. Proofread content and graphics prepared by the team before presenting to themanagement for final approval. Keep track of changes made in the content / design creatives to test how they areperforming on various global marketplaces and make suitable edits to improveconversion rates and reviews. Plan content and design creatives for the brand website in sync with marketplaces. Coordinate with language translators to adapt content for various global markets. Find and recruit suitable influencers for the brand on various channels. Stay up-to-date with global marketplace trends, compliances and regulations -Amazon, Walmart, Noon, etc.
Required Skills: Bachelor / Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in global marketplace content, design and PR management Experience of leading a team of 8 -10 graphic designers / content / website / socialmedia executives is mandatory Experience in developing content & design for Amazon and other marketplaces Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proofreading and editing skills. Ability to develop and execute successful PR plans. Knowledge of marketplace trends and regulations. Experience in developing an affiliate network.
