Key Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

·       Business Case Development & Validation: Lead the preparation and validation of business cases for strategic initiatives. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure robust financial analysis and data-backed insights.

·       Drive Contribution Improvement Projects: Drive Contribution improvement initiatives in partnership with the other cross functional team to enhance efficiency and avoid duplication of efforts

·       Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with business unit leaders to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.

·       Periodic Business Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of business performance with CBO’s & assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.

·       Support on any other projects requirement basis

Experience Required

 

 

 

 

·       Experience of 2-4 years in Business Finance

·       Preferably from Service Industry

·       Startup experience preferred (Non mandatory)

·       Strong analytical skills

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with non-financial stakeholders.

·       Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP, Power BI, or advanced Excel.

Academia

(The minimum / critical qualifications you deem necessary)

 

·       CA/ MBA Finance
