Roles & Responsibility

  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

  • Define and document functional specifications to support enhancements and new features across HC platforms.

  • Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure systems meet user needs and are free of defects.

  • Analyze business processes and propose solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.

  • Oversee implementation of agreed priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

  • Ensure that HC systems effectively support organizational processes and align with strategic human capital objectives.

  • Continuously partner with stakeholders to refine and improve system functionality and user experience.

Requirements

 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Capital systems and processes ─ 0.5 to 2 years of experience in advanced Excel ─ A proven track record of working on HC modules such as time and attendance, performance, onboarding, etc. ─ An aptitude for translating the needs of non-technical people into technical requirements, and the ability to see how small details interrelate and impact the bigger picture ─ Excellent analytical skills to analyze complex business problems and identify potential solutions along with the ability to break down problems into smaller components and apply critical thinking to develop effective solutions ─ The ability to track progress, and proactively identify and manage risks and issues ─ The quality of being able to build effective relationships, influence others, and facilitate effective teamwork
