Monitor KPIs: ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, ROAS, BS, PS, and lead ongoing optimization
Deliver clear and actionable insights through weekly/monthly reports
Coordinate cross-functionally with SEO, design, marketplace, and content teams
Analyze competitor strategies and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve
5+ years in performance marketing; home furnishing or lifestyle e-commerce preferred
Proven track record managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Google Ads
Experience running multi-country campaigns with regional targeting nuances
Strong grasp of advertising metrics and analytics tools (GA, Excel, Power BI)
Excellent communication & collaboration skills
