Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 sales executives across residential projects.

  • Drive revenue from both mandated and non-mandated projects.

  • Manage all site operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for developers and internal stakeholders.

  • Expand and manage the Channel Partner network in Ahmedabad.

  • Collaborate with marketing for project launches and local campaigns.

Requirements

  • 8–9 years of real estate sales experience.

  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in Ahmedabad.

  • Strong local market knowledge and developer relationships.
