Roles & Responsibility

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Expansion: Build and execute robust Amazon marketplace strategies globally, identifying key markets for expansion.

  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Account Management: Manage and optimize Seller Central/Vendor Central accounts; ensure accurate, SEO-optimized listings and inventory availability.

  • Advertising & Campaigns: Run and optimize Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD); ensure high ROAS and integration with broader marketing plans.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Set and surpass sales targets, optimize pricing, and execute high-impact deals and promotions.

  • Customer Experience: Monitor reviews and feedback, implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and brand credibility.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with product, logistics, finance, and regional teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Amazon policies, trade regulations, and stay updated on marketplace changes.

Requirements

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred)

  • 5+ years of Amazon-focused eCommerce experience with international exposure

  • Proven track record in growing Amazon sales globally

  • Hands-on experience with Seller Central, Vendor Central & Amazon Ads

  • Analytical mindset with strong execution capabilities

  • Effective communicator and proactive collaborator
