Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 across engineering, design, and product• Own day-to-day delivery schedules and sprint execution for key modules• Set and enforce clear expectations around timelines, quality, and accountability• Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retros with strong process hygiene• Monitor team bandwidth, ensure focus, and intervene where productivity drops• Be hands-on in writing clear PRDs, user stories, edge cases, and test acceptance criteria• Ensure product decisions are aligned with business goals, timelines, and customer needs• Collaborate closely with QA to enforce quality gates and release discipline• Escalate blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain clear stakeholder communication• Drive performance reviews, productivity metrics, and team discipline standards
Must-Have:• 6–10 years of experience in product/delivery roles, ideally in SaaS or tech-led companies• Prior experience managing cross-functional teams (minimum 8–10 people)• Deep understanding of agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization• Proven ability to lead with authority and maintain operational discipline• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a bias for clarity and follow-through• Ability to say “no” firmly, escalate when required, and keep teams focused under pressure• Strong command over Jira and Jira Product Discovery• Strong leadership skills and team management
