Key Responsibilities Program & Campaign Management: Strategize, plan, and execute business/marketing operations for regional initiatives Event Execution: Oversee end-to-end delivery of events—venue, production, speaker coordination, vendor management, layout planning, logistics IP Creation: Conceptualize and co-create event IPs and formats with leadership Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with KOLs, curators, speakers, SMEs, internal teams, external agencies, and government bodies as needed Crisis Management: Proactively resolve on-ground issues with minimal supervision Compliance & Process Integrity: Ensure all internal systems and documentation protocols are strictly followed Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, BD, B&C, Finance, RAD, and legal teams Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest in the event marketing and brand experience space
Requirements 10–15 years of experience in event execution, marketing campaigns, and brand activations Proven track record in managing large-format events, activations, musical shows, conferences, and phygital experiences Strong vendor and stakeholder network across the events ecosystem Hands-on experience in budgeting, vendor negotiations, and execution logistics Proficiency in Kannada and English (additional languages are a bonus) High ownership mindset, people skills, and the ability to multitask across high-intensity projects Ethical, solution-oriented, and collaborative
