Implement and monitor quality assurance processes in line with company standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits across production, packaging, and sourcing
operations.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., FSSAI, ISO,
HACCP, etc. depending on the industry).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and R&D to
resolve quality issues.
Evaluate raw materials, in-process products, and final outputs for consistency and quality.
Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation of quality metrics and
incidents.
Coordinate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
Train team members and vendors on quality standards and sustainable practices.
Support certification processes and maintain compliance with sustainable and eco-labeling
requirements (e.g., Fair Trade, USDA Organic, etc. if applicable).
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Food Technology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in an eco-conscious, FMCG, or manufacturing company. Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
