Job Title: Store Manager – Jewellery LFS
Reports to: Area Business Manager – Retail
Objective:
Lead store operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure high customer satisfaction to achieve business targets in line with the overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Manage store operations, staffing, stock, and compliance
- Execute marketing plans, promotions, and customer engagement activities
- Monitor and optimize inventory and product mix
- Ensure smooth rollout of schemes and new initiatives
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of store staff
- Foster a culture of excellence, transparency, and employee engagement
Requirements:- Graduate with 7–12 years in retail (4–5 years in a similar role)
- Strong leadership, customer focus, and team management skills
- Knowledge of sales operations, stock control, and stakeholder management
