Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Strategic HR Partnership:


o   Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives.

o   Partner with the CEO/HR Head to design and implement HR strategies that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.

2.     Talent Management:

o   Lead end-to-end talent management processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.

o   Identify skill gaps and collaborate with leadership to design learning and development programs.

3.     Employee Engagement:

o   Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.

o   Conduct regular pulse checks, surveys, and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and take proactive measures.

4.     Performance Management:

o   Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

o   Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement and career development.

5.     Change Management:

o   Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.

o   Act as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.

6.     HR Operations:

o   Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

o   Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

7.     Data-Driven Decision Making:

o   Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

o   Monitor key HR metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar role.

· Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and industry trends.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.


· Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor in a fast- paced environment.

· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
