1. Solid understanding of medium and large-scale enterprise, network architectures, monitoring protocols and fault management.
2. Knowledge and hands on experience in implementation of monitoring solutions in On premise, Cloud or Hybrid environments
3. Hands on Experience in Custom integrations with third party tools like ITSM or Event management or Collaborations tools
4. Strong knowledge and understanding of LogicModules, Create logicmodules such as Datasources, propertysources for new requirements
5. Knowledge and Experience in programming languages like Python, Groovy, Powershell
6. Good knowledge in REST API Queries, writing scripts to automate daily tasks
7. Responsible for developing dashboards and automate workflows using any automation tools
8. Configuration, release, and change management
9. Implementation of core applications supporting monitoring service support
10. software development experience in commercial or enterprise applications.
