Configuration & Development
• Implement small configuration changes such as updates to forms, landing pages, email templates, and segments.
• Build or modify simple campaigns and program canvas flows based on business requirements.
• Create or update shared content blocks, field merges, and picklists.
• Perform minor HTML/CSS adjustments for emails or landing pages when needed.
• Support creation or modification of basic automation rules, scoring models, and simple integrations.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing custom objects and data models.
