Responsibilities

• Technical support of DuckCreek Application
• Provide technical solution to the incident and ensure closure
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather details on the incidents and establish resolution solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage stakeholder communication to ensure updates reach the appropriate stakeholders throughout the timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related fields.
• Proficiency in DuckCreek Policy
• Should be willing to work in early morning shifts (7:30 AM, 15:30 PM ) as well as regular shifts.
• Should be working from client location for at least 3 days a week
• Experience in application support projects is beneficial
• Solid understanding of DuckCreek Workflow
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in DuckCreek is a plus.
