Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Training Delivery Specialist with a strong telecom background to deliver engaging and effective training programs on 4G, 5G, and Open RAN technologies. This role focuses on facilitating learning sessions, ensuring participants gain practical knowledge and skills through interactive and hands-on experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality training sessions (Virtual Instructor-Led Training and in-person) for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate hands-on labs and practical exercises to reinforce learning outcomes.
• Ensure smooth execution of training programs, including session scheduling, participant engagement, and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with content development teams to stay updated on training materials and industry standards (3GPP, O-RAN).
• Act as a knowledge ambassador, clarifying complex concepts and answering participant queries during sessions.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness and learner progress.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years’ telecom experience, with strong knowledge of:
• 4G/LTE (architecture, protocols, VoLTE, KPIs)
• 5G (NR, NSA/SA, 5GC, network slicing, beamforming, massive MIMO)
• Open RAN (RU, DU, CU, O-RAN interfaces, RIC, ecosystem)
• 5+ years’ experience in training delivery, including:
• Proven track record of delivering sessions to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams) and LMS tools
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Preferred:
• Industry certifications (5G, O-RAN)
• Exposure to CNFs, NFV, SDN, telecom AI/ML
• Experience with Tier-1 operators or global telecom vendors
