Roles & Responsibility

Minimum 4 years of Chronicle SIEM and SOAR Product Engineering Support. Excellent communication skills to train the current team consisting of Technical Support Representatives and Subject Matter Experts in Chronicle SIEM and SOAR Product Engineering Support.

Overall 10+ years of experience in Threat Detection Response, Threat Intelligence, SIEM and SOAR. Managing and training resources around the above-mentioned skills related to Product Engineering Support. GCP and other SIEM SOAR related Certifications related to Google products is an added advantage.

XML, YARA L, SQL, JSON scripts and complex query understanding. Well versed in scenarios specific to supporting the Chronicle Product is mandatory.

Exposure to various ingestion methods, Forwarders , writing and editing complex Rules, Fixing dashboard issues is added advantage.
