Roles & Responsibility

Job Description: 

Qualification:

Bachelor / master’s degree in mechanical engineering

 

No of years’ experience:
Min 3-5 years at in the Power / Energy / industrial application business
Min 8-10 years’ experience for Lead / Senior Engineer role including project management experience and customer communication

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Generation of Arrangement drawings including civil inputs based on 3D models using AVEVA DRAW and AutoCAD.

·         Clash checks including iterations with civil engineers and structural steel designers

·         Pipe stress calculations and reports (ROHR II, CAESAR)

·         Generation of Isometric and Support drawings

·         Specifications for piping, valves, fitting, support/ hangers, insulation, Hydrotests procedures, markup P&IDs for pressure testing

·         Heat tracing, gaskets and miscellaneous in-line components

 

Skill set:

·         3D modeling in AVEVA E3D/PDMS

·         Generation of Arrangement drawings including civil inputs based on 3D models using AVEVA DRAW and AutoCAD.

Tools:

·         Pipe stress calculations and reports (ROHR II, CAESAR)

·         Itemized piping, concrete, or rubber-lined piping for CCW
