Job Title: PowerShell Scripting and Application Packaging for Intune, SCCM, and AVD

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong PowerShell scripting skills and hands-on expertise in application packaging for Microsoft Intune, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).

The primary focus of this role is developing and maintaining PowerShell-based packaging workflows for various deployment platforms. The candidate should be able to write, debug, and optimize scripts for automated deployments and application lifecycle management. While knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Intune is a plus, the key requirement is packaging expertise using scripting.⸻

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, write, and maintain PowerShell scripts for application packaging, deployment automation, and reporting
• Perform application packaging and deployment for:
• SCCM
• Microsoft Intune
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Develop and test silent install/uninstall scripts, handle dependencies, and customize packaging logic
• Collaborate with application owners to gather packaging requirements and ensure successful deployments
• Support OS deployment and configuration using SCCM and Intune
• Generate and maintain deployment reports and inventory data using scripting and built-in tools
• Assist with basic Intune MDM tasks, such as device configuration and policy assignments (as needed)
Required Skills:
• Expert-level PowerShell scripting – must be able to create efficient, reusable, and production-ready scripts
• Solid experience in packaging applications for:
• SCCM
• Microsoft Intune
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Good understanding of silent install mechanisms, custom script logic, and deployment best practices
• Experience in Windows OS deployment and configuration management
• Working knowledge of Intune MDM for basic device and policy management
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work independently⸻
