Required Qualifications
To be considered for the Guidewire position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years and up to 22 years of experience in Guidewire application, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Guidewire Suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) and associated technologies (Java, SQL, XML, Web Services).
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements to devise effective solutions.
- Certification: Relevant Guidewire certifications are highly preferred and will be a distinct advantage in the selection process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical team members effectively.
- Teamwork: A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
