Key Responsibilities

As a Guidewire Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

Configuration and Development: Customize Guidewire applications to meet client business requirements by configuring and extending existing Guidewire modules.
Integration: Implement and manage integration points between Guidewire and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Guidewire applications post-deployment to ensure operational excellence.
Client Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring information is up to date and accessible.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for the Guidewire position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years and up to 22 years of experience in Guidewire application, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Guidewire Suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) and associated technologies (Java, SQL, XML, Web Services).
Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements to devise effective solutions.
Certification: Relevant Guidewire certifications are highly preferred and will be a distinct advantage in the selection process.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical team members effectively.
Teamwork: A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
