Key Responsibilities:
The SailPoint Consultant will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of identity management solutions. This includes configuring and customizing SailPoint IdentityNow, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build integration with existing systems, and prepare technical documentation. Additionally, you'll provide technical support and training to end users, perform troubleshooting, and drive best practices throughout the identity management lifecycle. Your role will also demand proactive monitoring of the identity governance landscape to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess 6 to 20 years of experience in identity governance, with a proven track record in implementing SailPoint solutions. A strong understanding of IAM concepts, compliance frameworks, and risk management principles is necessary. Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and SQL will be essential for effective customization and integration tasks. Additionally, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and strong problem-solving skills, are crucial for success in this role. Relevant certifications in SailPoint or IAM technologies would be an added advantage.
