Key Responsibilities

The Mulesoft Developer will design, build, and maintain integration solutions using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. Responsibilities include:

Technical Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration specifications, develop system architectures, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
API Development: Create and manage APIs ensuring seamless integration between multiple systems while enforcing best practices.
Deployment: Oversee the deployment of integration solutions in various environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Monitoring: Implement monitoring and logging processes to ensure integration performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Documentation: Produce comprehensive documentation for all integrations and keep it updated.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and oversight in technical execution and problem-solving.

Requirements

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Experience: A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in integration solutions, specifically with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs, experience with message queues, and familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
Certifications: Relevant Mulesoft certifications are highly preferred, such as MCD - Level 1 or MCPA.
Project Management: Proven experience managing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues efficiently.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with non-technical stakeholders.
