Project Role : Technology Support EngineerProject Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.                                                                                                                                                                                                           Must have skills : Internet Information Server (IIS) AdministrationGood to have skills : NAMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : 15 years full time educationSummary:The Lead Middleware Administrator will be responsible for lead of our middleware team, managing our company's middleware systems, ensuring their performance, availability, and security.Roles and Responsibilities:• Managing and mentoring a team of middleware Administrators.• Designing and implementing middleware system in accordance to end users information needs and views.• Determine, enforce and document middleware policies, procedures and standards.• Installation, upgrading, configuration and maintenance of WAS/JBOSS/Tomcat Apache/ apache web server • Install, configure, and maintain IIS web servers and related components.• Deploy and manage websites and web applications hosted on IIS.• Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed and reliability.• Security Patch, inventory  management • Interact with IS team and provide the solution as per need• Conduct appropriate change, performance management• Manage end to end security • Drive automations and DEVOPS implementation• Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity.• Interface with senior management to develop strategic plans for the middleware team.• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.Professional and Technical Skills: • Proven work experience as a Lead Middleware Administrator.• Familiarity with the latest middleware technology and trends.• Good understanding of disaster recovery procedures.• Expert in Installation, upgrading, configuration and maintenance of WAS/ apache web server• Expert in End to End SSL certificate configuration/Management• Expert in J2EE architecture and distributed enterprise environment• Expertise in WAS to JBOSS/Tomcat migration• Expertise in WAS ND version• Apache web server installation, configuration• Strong experience with Microsoft IIS (versions 7, 8, 10).• Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.• Familiarity with web technologies like HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and DNS.• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, batch) for automation.• Good knowledge in Linux and Windows • Good to have Shell Scripting knowledge• Experience with their middleware software/web applications.Professional Experience:• Minimum of 6 years or more  of experience in a similar role.• Proven experience with middleware design .• Familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms.Education Qualification:• B.E/B Tech/MCA or above.
