Roles & Responsibility

Job Title: Program Manager
Experience: 12–18 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale PLM transformation programs. This role involves end-to-end ownership of Teamcenter implementation, stakeholder engagement, solution governance, and delivery assurance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, strong program management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex PLM programs across industries such as manufacturing, medical devices, or high-tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Governance

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Teamcenter PLM program activities.
  • Define and manage program scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, developers, and testers.
  • Establish and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Engage with business and IT stakeholders to align PLM strategy with enterprise goals.
  • Conduct regular steering committee meetings and executive briefings.
  • Ensure transparent communication across internal and external teams.

Solution Architecture & Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee solution design, ensuring alignment with business processes and Teamcenter capabilities.
  • Guide functional and technical teams on Teamcenter modules such as:
    • BOM Management (EBOM/MBOM)
    • Change Management
    • Document Management
    • Access Control
    • Schedule Manager
    • Quality and Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Data Migration & Integration

  • Lead data migration strategy from legacy PLM systems to Teamcenter.
  • Coordinate upstream/downstream integrations with CAD, ERP, and MES systems.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Foster a culture of innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital thread enablement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in PLM consulting and implementation.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end PLM programs across global teams.
  • Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Teamcenter Active Workspace and Reporting & Analytics.
