The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable, secure, and automated workflows for embedded systems, ensuring compliance with automotive standards and accelerating delivery across multiple ECU domainsRoles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: •Define and implement CI/CD strategies for embedded software development across infotainment, ADAS, powertrain, and body control systems.•Design and maintain build pipelines, test automation frameworks, and deployment workflows.•Integrate static code analysis, unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing into CI pipelines.•Collaborate with software architects, developers, and validation teams to ensure seamless integration and traceability.•Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity standards (ISO 21434).•Manage tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Bamboo for pipeline orchestration.•Drive containerization and virtualization strategies for scalable build/test environments.•Monitor pipeline performance and optimize for speed, reliability, and resource efficiency.•Mentor DevOps engineers and promote best practices across development teams.Work closely with cross-functional teams across globeProfessional & Technical Skills: Technical Experience: •Overall, 12+ years of experience in Infotainment domain with experience in Android Development.•Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline design for embedded or automotive software.•Proficiency in tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, and artifact repositories (Artifactory, Nexus).•Experience with build systems (CMake, Bazel, Yocto), version control (Git), and scripting (Python, Bash).•Familiarity with automotive software standards and safety-critical development workflows.•Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.•Knowledge in cloud platform •Good problem-solving and analytical skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
