Summary: 

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing project progress, coordinating with teams, and ensuring successful application delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

- Expected to be an SME

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform

- Responsible for team decisions

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

- Lead the application development process

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements

- Ensure timely delivery of applications

Professional & Technical Skills: 

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS)

- Strong understanding of project management principles

- Experience in application design and configuration

- Knowledge of SAP implementation best practices

- Hands-on experience in leading application development projects

Additional Information: 

- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS)

- This position is based at our Mumbai office

- Should have completed Graduation from reputed College/University

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 7 to 24 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support is essential. Expertise in specific SAP modules such as SAP SD, MM, FICO, or ABAP is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of project management in SAP environments are crucial. Additionally, candidates should possess relevant SAP certifications and be familiar with the latest SAP technologies and methodologies.
