Roles & Responsibility
- The opportunity we are talking about is Microsoft CSS Support Projects 24*7 ( Rotational : Once in 4 months, APAC -4 months, EMEA – 4 months & AMERICAS – 4 months )
- Products : Power Apps & Power Automate
- You will be handling the customer issues includes troubleshooting customer issues in calls, screenshares, chat, email
- This is purely technical support project where you will learn technical troubleshooting of Microsoft products ( Power apps & automate )and offering the help to Microsoft customers
- Work location : Hyderabad & Bangalore
- Working model – Present 4 days’ Work from Office & 1 day – work from Home, but in future we might move to 5 days from office model ( as per client’s requirement )
- Since the project is 24*7, your week offs might come in mid of the week as well, however strictly 5 days’ work & 2 days week off model
