Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management
• Work with Internal team to resolve SF related issues .Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications, addressing any issues promptly.
• Ability to perform end to end integration between Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Establish and maintain DevOps standards, including version control, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes..
• Set up and monitor system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability and reliability
•Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on processes, policies, application configurations, and user guides
• Experience in implementation of large scale software(high transaction volume, high availability concepts)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications of Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent certifications are preferred.
