·         5+ years of experience in the field of IT Service Management and Transformation services practice.

·         2-3 years of ServiceNow experience working on third party integrations preference with ADO.

·         Hands on experience in implementation of ITSM and Integrations is must.

·         Proficiency in JavaScript and web development technologies.

·         Experience with ServiceNow APIs.

·         Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.

·         Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies.

·         Experience in configuring Notifications, SLAs, Workflows, Users, Groups etc

·         Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.

·         Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.

·         Experience to write test scripts for the integrations.
