·       Troubleshoot issues across the housing database, integrator, the NEC console and the mobile app.

·       Liaise with the support team to provide clear details of their findings.

·       Raise defects if they identify an issue with the software.

·       Ensure lessons learned are documented to avoid future occurrences.

·       Write scripts to help with investigations and also to clear down customer data, where required. 

·       Work in an Agile team environment with product experts, business analysts, testers and other similarly skilled engineers, to deliver web application solutions using AngularJS.

·       Undertake software analysis, design, development, and unit testing.

·       Ability to think laterally about problems and use new technologies to best advantage to deliver innovative solutions
