1. Defining and understanding the non-functional requirements
2. Able to develop Test Plans, TCR independently.
3. Design and Development of Test scripts
4. Well Versed in Microfocus Load Runner- not limited to Web/WS but also in other Protocols-Java, Citrix, MQ, Oracle etc.
5. JMeter Experience desired.
6. Experience at least in one of Monitoring tools -

App Dynamics or Splunk or Dynatrace for Test debugging and Engineering purpose etc.

7. Implementing various performance test techniques such as load, soak and volume to test application under test
8. Strong in Client communication’s and working preference in Banking domain.
9. Play strong individual contributor role.
10. Ability to write Custom Code.
11. Experience in Mainframe and payment technologies
