Roles & Responsibility
OTM functional and technical expertise with minimum 5 to 6 years of
relevant experience and atleast 3-5 full cycle OTM implementation
• Experience in interacting with business users, gathering requirements,
conducting gap analysis, mapping requirements to OTM, application
configuration, conducting SIT & UAT
• Develops and configures detailed solution of moderately complex projects
• Trouble shoot and resolve OTM related issues during project execution and
post golive
• Proficiency in OTM integration
• Responsible for successful delivery of OTM processes and ensuring service
quality
• Excellent communication Skills
