Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary: 
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions, solve problems, and achieve business objectives. You will work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Develop and implement technical engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze and solve engineering problems effectively.
- Provide technical expertise in structural and stress design.
- Manage and maintain technical documentation.

Professional & Technical Skills: 
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance.
- Experience in technical engineering solutions development.
- Knowledge of scientific, socio-economic, and technical principles.
• Overall experience of at least 2 to 5 years. Experience in the field of Aircraft maintenance will be an advantage
• Experienced in creation and revision of CMM
• Should have knowledge of aerospace tech data process
• Tools knowledge – GIPSY/GIDOCA/ZAMIZ/IMS/DACAS/EDPS Sigmalink, will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to understand and use ASD-STE
• Excellent understanding of ATA iSpec 2200 and S1000D standards
• Analyzing and interpretation of engineering drawings and reports
• Should have Aircraft and systems knowledge
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Should be a strong team player.

Additional Information: 
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
