Job Description

• A highly skilled SAP Test Lead to drive and mature testing activities across our FRA landscape. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in SAP testing methodologies, test automation, and tools such as TOSCA, UiPath, or similar automation frameworks. This role requires a strategic mindset to enhance testing processes, implement automation best practices, and ensure high-quality SAP implementations.
• Promote practices to further Continuous Delivery & Continuous Improvement
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders on assigned projects to establish a culture of quality, including a “shift left” focus for preventing and finding defects.

Mandatory skills

• 10+ Years of overall IT experience with 7+ years of experience in SAP Testing and 4+ years of experience in SAP automation

• 4 + Hands-on experience in UI Test Automation using tools such as TOSCA, UiPath, etc.

• Proven ability to design and implement SAP test automation frameworks

• Agile Scrum with Jira, test planning, execution, defect management
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, helps identify gaps, defines and streamline process
• Insurance Domain knowledge
