· Must have 5-6 years of experience in IAM

· Must have experience in Saviynt product

· Should be able to troubleshoot & resolve IGA provisioning & governance issues.

· Should be able to debug integration issues with target systems & Ticketing system

· Should be able to interact with customer / stakeholders

· Should be able to extract logs and debug files

· Should be able to raise vendor tickets and get them resolved if any product related issues

· Should be able to provide the RCA (root cause analysis) of the incidents

· Should be able to write documentation

· Should be able to onboard basic connectors like AD, JDBC, CSV, Logical Connectors

· Should be proficient in SQL query language

· Must be experienced in debugging rules & reports

· Must be experienced in writing Custom reports using sql queries.

· Must be experienced in consuming webservices.

· Must have experience in LDAP
