1. 6 to 8 years of IT experience with min 2 years as Appian Lead
2. Build and support applications using Appian
3. Create architectural designs for lightly coupled suites of applications to individual features
4. End to end technical design, development, stabilization and enhancement of Appian applications
5. Create data model designs, SQL Queries and/or Stored Procedures
6. Lead and participate in technical and operations reviews to learn from and share knowledge with your teammates
7. Organize and track progress and maintain documentation using Document repositories
